The ONLY exception is when booking your NEXT appointment in-suite, in person. •If you do not book your next appointment in The Suite, you are responsible for booking your future appointment online. •The Thairapy Suite’s waitlist is exclusive to EXISTING clients only. •All New Client appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which goes toward your service. •Payments: Cash, Cash App($MiMiStylz), ApplePay, Tap to Pay, Debit or CC, or Card on File. •We also offer invoices as a form of payment, please reach out to us before booking in order to initiate an invoice. •Celebrate your birthday with 10% off—just update your profile or let MiMi know when your special day is! Be sure to keep an eye out in your emails for your reminder! •Arrive on time—10 mins late incurs a $50 fee; 15 mins late cancels your appointment. Cancellations & No-Shows: •48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. •Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full and may restrict future bookings if your Card on file declines. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-shows Agreement: I understand and agree that if I cancel my appointment the same day, or I do not show up to my appointment I will be charged 100% of the Booked Service via the card on file. If the card on file is insufficient for the fee, I will be banned and blocked, and not able to return to The Thairapy Suite.
