Upon Arrival: RING DOORBELL Consultations: ‼️Consultations are done virtually, which means once you’ve requested an appointment, IMMEDIATELY SEND PICS AND VIDEO of your hair CURRENTLY to your cosmetologist. ‼️If your locs have not been maintained in 10 or more weeks, send the pics of your hair currently or book an in person consultation with your cosmetologist.  ‼️Wick, Instant Locs, Starter Locs, & Loc Extension installs, require an in person consultation that should be booked VIA TEXT with your cosmetologist.  Fees: ‼️You are given a 5 minute-late-grace-period after your scheduled appointment time. Once 10minutes have passed, a $30 Late Fee will be added to your ticket. ‼️If you cancel on the same day as your appointment and you have NOT notified your Stylist of your need to cancel your scheduled appointment, your card on file will be charged 50% of the total balance. ‼️If your card cannot be charged the No-Show/Same-day Cancellation fee, you will be banned from booking online until the owed amount is paid to your stylist via Zelle.
Cancellations & No-shows: *Last Minute Cancellations. & No-show Clients will be charged 50% of the total of your Service via the card on file. If the card on file is not chargeable, then you will NOT be able to book online again until you’ve paid.
