Be sure to keep an eye out in your emails for your reminder! •Arrive on time! 10 mins late incurs a $50 fee •15 mins late cancels your appointment. (SEE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR DETAILS) Cancellations & No-Shows: •48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. •Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full and may restrict future bookings if your Card on file declines. •After three consecutive cancellations, you will need to pay a deposit to book a future appointment. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-shows Agreement:
I understand and agree that if I cancel my appointment the same day, or I do not show up to my appointment I will be charged 100% of the Booked Service via the card on file. If the card on file is insufficient for the fee, I will be banned and blocked, and not able to return to The Thairapy Suite.
