Our Full Service Salon Suite offers a range of specialized services, including Starting Loc Journeys, Loc Reconstruction, Loc Repairs, Loc Sprinkles, and Loc Restoration. We also provide Natural Hair Braids, Barber Services, and valuable education on how to care for your hair at home. We look forward to providing you with exceptional hair care. **Deposit:** The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to your service total. **Payment Methods:** Acceptable forms of payment are cash, Zelle, contactless pay and credit card on file. ***Celebrate your special day with us! When you let us know your birthday in your client profile at The Thairapy Suite, you'll receive 10% off your booked appointment during your birthday month. We look forward to celebrating with you!*** Upon Arrival: RING DOORBELL **Consultations:** **New clients must complete a virtual or in-person consultation.** After requesting an appointment, immediately send current photos and a video of your hair to your cosmetologist for approval. **No pictures, no approval.** **Attention:** For Wick, Instant Locs, Starter Locs, Loc Extension installs, and Crochet Maintenance, appointments must be scheduled in the morning. An in-person consultation is required and can be booked online. Don’t miss out on your hair transformation! **Fees:** **Please note the following policies:** - You have a **5-minute grace period** after your scheduled appointment. If you arrive **10 minutes late**, a **$30 late fee** will be added to your ticket. - Cancellations on the **same day** require **48 hours' notice**. If you cancel without notifying your stylist in that time frame, your card on file will be charged **100% of the total balance**. - If we cannot charge your card for a No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation, you will be **banned and blocked** from booking with us at The Thairapy Suite. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & No-shows Agreement: I understand and agree that if I cancel my appointment the same day, or I do not show up to my appointment I will be charged 100% of the total of the Booked Service via the card on file. If the card on file is insufficient for the fee, I will be banned and blocked and not able to return to The Thairapy Suite.
